AdLoom provides AI automation setup, integration, and ongoing system maintenance as described on our website or in written agreements.

Payments

All setup fees and subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. Monthly payments renew automatically unless canceled per the refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All materials, documentation, and automations created by AdLoom remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to maintain system uptime and accuracy but are not liable for technical failures, third-party errors, or indirect losses.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
