Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment with AdLoom Creations. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. However, if AdLoom fails to deliver the agreed setup within 10 business days due to our fault, you may request a full refund.

Monthly Service

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Partial months are non-refundable.

Pilot or Trial Work

Pilot automations or audits are fully refundable if the service fails to meet the agreed functionality within the test period.

We encourage clients to contact us directly at contact@adloomcreations.com to resolve any concerns before requesting refunds or chargebacks.
